Haruhi S2 or Ep8?

Here's the recap: When it was announced the Haruhi they would be airing was a rerun of the first season there were many sh*tstorms, but they quickly turned to speculation when it was announced that there were 28 timeslots reserved for this airing, leading many to believe they would air it in chronological order instead of original broadcast order, and slip in the 'missing' episodes in between the already existing episodes. The rerun started airing in April, without much fanfare, and it turned out it was indeed "The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzimiya part I", the first episode chronologically. Yesterday the other half of the prediction came true: episode 8 was indeed a new episode.

The prediction, as yet unconfirmed, but still pretty likely, is that the season will look like this:

Ghazilla, we're onto you

Piece by piece, an 18-meter tall, 35-ton full-scale Gundam statue is being assembled in Odaiba, Tokyo to commemorate 30 years of Mobile Suit Gundam. When finished in mid-July, the enormous figure will entertain onlookers by moving its head and shooting light and mist from 50 points on its body. Until then, we have these photos of its magnificent legs and assorted parts.
